It starts with the making of our own “base mix” using fresh milk straight from Walpole dairy cows; then adding only natural ingredients — including white cane sugar. The creaminess is achieved by the high butter fat content (which gives our ice cream the Super Premium designation). This combination, along with using only natural ingredients in our flavor selections… and making our ice cream in small batches…gives Walpole Creamery Ice Cream its unique, old-fashioned taste.
